Member Policy and Agreement

All members of
My Pets Pages Banner Rotation System are required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Anyone
determined by
My Pets Pages Banner Rotation System administrators to have violated these terms and conditions is subject
to being banned from
My Pets Pages Banner Rotation System without any obligation by
My Pets Pages to redeem any purchased advertising.
We accept most types of banners including .gif, gif 89A, and JPEG.
Audio banners are not acceptable.
File size is limited to 15K per banner. Alt text and tag text may
be no more than 30 characters. Banners must be 468x60 pixels in size.
All supplied URLs must be active at the time the banner is submitted.
We will not display advertising with dead URLs.
My Pets Pages reserves the right to refuse any advertisement that we feel is incompatible
with our mission or for any other reason that we feel is appropriate.
These include, but are not limited to, advertising that is for sexual
or dating services, gambling, illegal activities, or any other advertising
where the site being advertised is not appropriate for viewing by
all of our users.
Subject to ad approval by
My Pets Pages Banner Rotation System administrators, banners will generally be online within 2 - 3 days
of receipt of order and payment in full.
My Pets Pages does not refund payment for advertising services due to early cancellation.
While advertisements may contain links to other web sites,
My Pets Pages does not specifically endorse the content of any third party sites.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for any claims made by any advertisers
on the mypetspages.com website, false or otherwise.
My Pets Pages shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by any consumer,
advertiser, or other user of this site, for any reason, other than
the refund for services rendered by
My Pets Pages Banner Rotation System .
My Pets Pages shall not be held responsible for any loss of service due to circumstances
beyond its control. Advertisers are responsible for checking their
advertisements and web sites for accuracy after publication. Inaccuracies
and misprints must be reported immediately to
My Pets Pages .
Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard
of quality for our services, we make no guarantees of any kind regarding
the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services.
Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions
is subject to being banned from
My Pets Pages Banner Rotation System and forfeit any purchased advertising.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold
My Pets Pages harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs
and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising
from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights,
including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation
of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This
obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.
