By using (posting to and reading) the Board, you agree to be bound by the following terms of use.

1. The Board is not liable or responsible for any content posted by its users to the Board ("the Content"). The contribution of the users do not represent the view or opinions of the Board.

2. The Board contains a large variety of information, data, messages, directions and other materials (the "Content") that users post. Please use caution and common sense when viewing the Board. You understand and agree that any Content posted on the Board is the exclusive responsibility of the person who posted or uploaded it, and that you will be solely responsible for any Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Board. You acknowledge that the Board is not responsible for, does not control, does not endorse and does not verify the Content posted to the Board or available through the Board, and that it makes no guarantee regarding the reliability, accuracy, legitimacy or quality of any such Content. You agree that you will bear any and all risk of reliance on the accuracy, validity or legitimacy of such Content. Under no circumstances will the Board be liable in any way to you for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted or otherwise transmitted via the Board.

3. The Board can not preview the Content before it appears. Users can be held liable for any illegal or prohibited User content they posted to the Board, including among other things, infringing, defamatory or offensive materials. However if you discover this kind of material on the Board, please notify us at mppboard@mypetspages.com. We will investigate your claim and take appropriate action.

Prohibited Content.
The following is a partial list of the kind of content which is illegal or prohibited on the Board.

It includes content that:
a) Is patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

b) Is or could be harmful to minors;

c) Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

d) Involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";

e) Promotes information that you know is false, misleading, or promotes illegal activities or conduct, is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

f) Is or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, provides information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices; providing pirated content or links to pirated content files;

g) Contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

h) Displays pornographic material of any kind;

i) Provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

j) Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons; violating someone's privacy; providing or creating computer viruses;

k) Solicits passwords, personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;

l) Engages in commercial activities and/or sales such as sales of puppies, stud service, etc.

Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Board harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the Board, your use of the Board, your connection to the Board, your violation of the law, this terms of use or the rights of another.
